All garments are sourced second hand. This is to utilize the ABUNDANCE of wonderfully suitable clothing out there to remove the need to bring more wares into the already overwhelming amount. This removes the need for additional resources to produce a new garment! Because most garments are preloved (preowned rather than found new with the tags second hand), your garment may hold onto that "thrift store" smell. Please note, though I wash every garment (unless new with tags), a scent may still remain and will do so until washed several times.

Walking Through Flowers is an eco-friendly brand sure to have the perfect earth conscious, feel good find you've been looking for, from upcycled clothing to sustainable stationery to secondhand vintage. Almost every item in the shop is made from second hand or recycled materials or printed and sourced locally then crafted using thrifted tools and supplies. Each piece is made with a "zero waste" goal in mind, being sure to consider my ecological footprint at every step.

I strive to source my tools, materials, and clothing blanks preloved so I depend less on the manufacturing of new materials. I wash the thrifted flannels and shirts with detergent sheets that are certified cruelty-free and dry them outside when I can to save energy use. Rather than using cut vinyl that creates an excess of plastic waste, I’ve opted for screen printed heat press graphics. I package my orders with recycled, reused, or compostable packaging to keep my negative earth impact to a minimum. (:

At this time, I only ship within the US. However, if you are located outside the United States and wish to make a purchase, please message me and I can certainly look into arranging shipment to your location.

All flannels are decorated with high quality Elasto-Flex ink. To ensure the longevity of your garment, I recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. However, washing in warm water then a normal cycle in the dryer will not hurt it, though, small cracking in the graphics may occur over time. Do not place iron directly onto the designs. If you order a garment blank, follow the care instructions of the original tag.

Walking Through Flowers is a home based brand with several loving studio cats. I am always sure to de-hair each piece if needed but accept my apologizes in advance if I miss one. If you are allergic to cats, I recommend using your best judgement and/or washing before wearing.

Gift wrap is available for all items. You must add the gift wrap listing to your cart. Wrapping consists of brown Kraft paper, jute string, a sparkly blank tag (from scrap paper (: ), and a sprig of something from nature, I am happy to customize your gift wrap with a phrase or drawing of your choice by request!

I do not. The reason being because if you ever decide to part ways with your garment, the resellability at the thrift store is a lot less if it comes with a custom name.
